My Design Approach

    I ask questions, explore the context, and use research and data to better understand user needs and uncover opportunities.

    I use research, testing, and feedback to balance user needs with business goals, while considering how the product might grow and evolve.

  3. Learn from different perspectives.

    I believe everyone on the team brings valuable expertise. I enjoy asking questions, involving others, and working together to find the best solution. When challenges or disagreements come up, I rely on evidence to guide discussions and help us move forward.

    Led research and design for credit journeys, from activation to repayment. The redesigned plan selection flow lifted conversion by 30% (relative).
